ФЭД-3 (FED-3) is a soviet rangefinder film camera. It was produced in Kharkiv in 1961-1979. The plant was established in 1927 on the basis of small manufactories of the children's commune named by Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky (FED), under the guidance of a teacher A. S. Makarenko. The first FED camera was a copy of the German camera Leica II. Nowadays the plant produces control equipment for the aerospace industry.
